The Burnet High School boys soccer team beat Austin Travis 1-0 in the District 25-4A opener Jan. 14. The lone goal was scored by Genesis Ceron on a deflection on the Bulldogs’ first free kick of the night. Head coach Benjamin Boorman indicated the Bulldogs had numerous opportunities to add more. “We had so many chances,” he said.
