The Burnet High School girls basketball team crushed Lampasas 36-22 Jan. 17 in District 24-4A play. Burnet boys soccer beats Travis in district opener

The Burnet High School boys soccer team beat Austin Travis 1-0 in the District 25-4A opener Jan. 14. The lone goal was scored by Genesis Ceron on a deflection on the Bulldogs’ first free kick of the night. The Burnet High School girls basketball team defeated Jarrell 46-43 Jan. 14.
