Ross is the district runner-up, moves on to state tournament

Faith Academy of Marble Falls senior golfer Libby Ross is returning to the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools state tournament after finishing as the runner-up at the district tournament April 25. Ross shot an 89, one stroke behind the district champion. It’s the third time in four years Ross is headed to state. MFalls golfers battle Mother Nature during regional tourneys

The golf season for Marble Falls High School ended at the Class 5A Region IV tournament April 18-21. Maddie DeBerard finished 15th in the girls division thanks to scoring 80-83–163, good enough for all-region honorable mention. Blake Turner shot an 83-76–159 to finish tied for 24th in the boys division, while teammate Coby Holley had an 86-82–168 to tie for 43rd.
