The Burnet Youth Football teams had some big wins against Leander Glenn Sept. 17 while the freshmen lost to Fredericksburg 13-0. Burnet’s junior varsity defeated Glenn 14-7, the fifth-graders rompled to a 26-0 win, and the sixth-graders steamrolled 34-0. “They all played well,” BYFL president Grant Murray said.
