The Canyon Lake High School football team finds itself in a tough spot after losing to the Taylor Ducks 66-28 Oct. 27. The road loss means the Hawks (2-7 overall, 1-3 District 13-4A Division I) will sit out the playoffs for the first time in almost a decade.
