The Burnet High School baseball team lost to Georgetown Gateway 7-3 April 12 in a game that was played a day later than scheduled because umpires were no-shows earlier in the week. The Burnet High School softball team defeated Lago Vista 20-1 April 7 in a game played a day later than scheduled because of rain.
