Smoking For Jesus preparing for 6-on-6 play in June
The Smoking For Jesus Ministry School football team’s 6-on-6 squad is preparing for the first of three opportunities to face other competition. First up is Ball County Angels, a team from Temple, traveling to play the Eagles at their home venue on the Smoking For Jesus campus, RR 2342 in Burnet. The two square off at at 5 p.m. Friday, June 10. On Friday and Saturday, June 17-18, the Eagles will be one of 10 teams participating in a two-day tournament at San Marcos Academy.
