Burnet girls basketball goes 2-2 at tourney, ready for district

The Burnet High School girls basketball team went 2-2 at the Leander Glenn tournament Dec. 28-29. The Marble Falls High School boys soccer team is poised to play in one of the most prestigious pre-district tournaments in the state. The Highland Lakes Aces, a club volleyball program under the direction of Erin Sawyer, is beginning its second year and is adding more teams. In the first year, the program had a 13-and-under squad and a 14-and-under squad.
