The Marble Falls Youth Football and Cheer teams picked up wins against Burnet Oct. 7. The Marble Falls freshman purple team (Kindergarten-second grade) won 45-0, while the Marble Falls junior varsity purple (third- and fourth-graders) won 40-0. The Marble Falls fifth-graders won 20-0, and the Marble Falls sixth-graders lost 38-20. “That was a tough one for the sixth-graders,” association president ick Wood said. “It was a fun weekend, a rivalry weekend.
