The Burnet High School girls soccer team crushed Fischer Canyon Lake 5-1 March 24 for another bi-district championship. Next up is Gonzales at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, at Hutto High School. Adults pay $6, while students pay $4. No cash is accepted. The Lady Dawgs (24-2-1, 12-0 District 24-4A champions) faced a 1-0 deficit at the half, much like the first time the two teams met during the pre-district season.
