The Burnet High School baseball team lost to Taylor 10-2 on March 22. The Burnet High School softball team scored all the runs it needed in the second inning to beat Georgetown Gateway 7-3 March 22. The Lady Dawgs plated six runs. “Five runs came on two outs,” head coach Hailey Wooten said. “And then we scored another one late. It’s deflating for the other team, and hitting is contagious.
